Job Role
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients and acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and holding responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients.
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant eld.
- Professional qualification Associate Member/ fully qualified in CIM/SLIM.
- MBA in a relevant eld will be an advantage.
Skills / Abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Good PR skills & Strong Communication skills with strong business-related knowledge.
- 3-5 years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience.
